Experience Kissimmee is the tourism authority for the Kissimmee destination and Osceola County. The popular destination welcomes more than 8.2 million visitors overnight from all over the world, offering convenient access to Orlando’s theme parks and a host of natural adventures such as airboat rides and zip line safaris. Kissimmee is also the vacation home rental capital of the world, boasting a wide variety of home-away-from-home units among its more than 50,000 total lodging options that also include luxury resorts, comfortable hotels and more. Experience Kissimmee is the tourism authority for Osceola County, Florida. We promote the destination domestically and around the world to potential leisure, business and sports travelers.
The approximate 40-person staff develops and implements sales, marketing and communications programs that encourage more than 7 million overnight guests annually by furthering the popular Central Florida destination’s reputation as “The Gateway to Fun.”
Programs and campaigns highlight Kissimmee’s easy access to Orlando’s world famous theme parks, as well as a host of amusement parks and dinner shows, eclectic dining and shopping options, and championship-caliber golf courses. In addition, Kissimmee boasts a long history of rodeo action and a wide range of outdoor adventures to include paddling, airboat rides, zip lines and world-renowned bass fishing lakes.
Kissimmee’s more than 50,000 total accommodations include luxury resorts, well-known and comfortable hotels and motels, villas, and campgrounds. It also is the vacation home rental capital of the world, offering a diverse inventory of homes to suit any size party.
