Job Summary

Nextracker's dynamic Marketing team is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and Global Events. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Marketing and bridges the relationship between Nextracker's brand and its global customers, ensuring aligned, impactful, and integrated communications. You will be responsible for developing and executing Marketing Operations and Global Events plans and implementing best practices while delivering compelling experiences designed to engage customers and strengthen Nextracker's brand around the world.

  • Ability to manage and foster agency relationships, leading campaigns, webinars, sponsorships with our global media partners, revels in multi-tasking and the day-to-day operations of agency management
  • Excitement for the event marketing space; ability to lead Nextracker's global event strategy, working closely with Global Field Marketing
  • Strong visual event design aesthetic and production leadership for trade shows and meetings, large and small, across in-person and virtual events worldwide
  • Experience working on a small marketing team with embedded agencies, helping to bring the marketing ecosystem to life across all aspects of your work product
  • Understanding of renewable energy landscape and range of Nextracker customers


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Help drive awareness of our high performing, quality technology, products, and services to our key audiences of Engineering, Procurement Contractor (EPC) and solar project developers, and investors using integrated marketing and communications strategies
  • Lead marketing team's operations, working closely with digital marketing, creating brand consistency across our platforms and processes
  • Manage the departmental budget and support purchase order and accounts payable processes for all global internal and external events
  • Implement processes and productivity tools to support the Global Marketing function
  • Lead and manage branded promotional program and company store
  • Create and maintain surveys, reports and analysis for events and other in-person and virtual events, utilizing a data-focused approach to improve marketing ROI
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, event organizations, related solar media/agency partners

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6-8 years of marketing communications, leading range of trafficking / operations of marketing programs and global event execution
  • Minimum 5 years of high-touch VIP hospitality and event marketing experience (preferably within a technology environment); delivering on live and virtual event programs that align to the customer journey and sales goals with a commitment to deliver against goals
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing principles, campaigns, and strategies for global B2B and regional/country market strategic marketing development
  • Excellent decision-making capability, knowing when to manage-up and keen ability to build cross-functional relationships in fast paced environment
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) to ensure brand consistency across all messaging and external communications, working closely with digital marketing manager
  • Strong work ethic: self-motivated with a desire to take initiative
  • Experience working in high growth B2B companies (renewable energy a plus)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally to events as required including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Highly proactive, innovative, collaborative, organized, detailed-oriented, and analytical self-starter who is capable of effectively managing several projects simultaneously from a variety of stakeholders and vendors and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills and follow-up to ensure meeting on-time deliverables
  • Ability to create presentations and deliver them in a compelling way to executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience with marketing project management and budgeting tools such as Monday.com, Basecamp, Asana, and Netsuite
  • Ability to adapt to changing, ambiguous, and high-pressure environments
  • Highly resourceful with a keen sense of ownership in areas of responsibility and accountability

    Pay Range (Applicable to California)

    $141,700.00 USD - $194,900.00 USD Annual
