The Event Billing Coordinator will be responsible for the following: Event Billing Status Report - weekly task; Group Business Billing; Billing Updates; Cashless Bar Checks; Catering Cancellation Fees and all duties as related to Billing of Events/Catering Business.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 2 years minimum Billing or Finance Clerk experience
• Highly organized
• Great verbal/written skills
• Great interpersonal communications skills
• Proficiency and working knowledge of Catering/Events Systems is preferred
• Proficiency working with Microsoft Apps such as Excel
• Proficiently navigate computer systems and applications
