• Lead and inspire the events team to deliver seamless conferences, weddings, and special occasions.

• Manage operational logistics, staffing rotas, and service standards.

• Be the on-the-ground presence, handling guest queries with professionalism and charm.

• Work closely with the sales and kitchen teams to coordinate menus, timings, and client requests.

• Maintain impeccable organisation, presentation, and attention to detail.

• Experience in hospitality, ideally within events or operations.

• A strong background in wedding and conference management is a big plus.

• Someone with a hands-on, can-do approachready to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front.
